Policies

Children
Well-behaved children are welcomed in the salon. However, for your child’s safety, we must enforce our rules that children remain seated in the reception area while they are waiting for service. We respectfully request that you leave small children at home while you are receiving services. They will not be allowed to run and play in the salon.

Gratuities
Gratuities are accepted but may not be added to your debit or credit card. Gift envelopes are provided at the front desk.

Re-Do of Services
If you are dissatisfied with any services, you must notify management immediately within three days. If the service needs to be re-done, this must be accomplished within two weeks of the original service date.

Return of Products
Products that have been opened and used may be exchanged for another product. If a product is damaged it must be returned within three days.

Appointments/Scheduling
Please arrive on time! Late arrivals may not receive your full treatment. A credit card is required to reserve two or more services.

Cancellation/No Show
24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Guests not honoring this policy will be charged 50% of the total cost for the two services.

Returned Checks
All returned checks are assessed a $45 fee after for each missed deadline.
